  • Do you ship Australia wide?

    Yes we ship Australia wide. The length of time for the shipment to reach you depends on the location. Shipments to major cities usually take two or three days depending on the size of the parcel while remote places like Northern Territory would take an extra day or two because of the location.

  • How do I care for my headset?

    Headsets are an investment into your well being at the office. By taking a few simple steps in maintaining the headset, it will give you many years of a hands free environment.


    Wipe your headset, especially around the ear piece and the mouth piece with a wet wipe (no alcohol wipes) gently around the area as makeup or food and other particles will hinder the performance of the headset.


    Do not tangle the cords around as they tend to break easily, especially with constant movement.

  • How do you secure my credit card details?

    We collect personal information from our site for future references. Credit card details is stored on a database operated by SecurePay as a payment gateway for transactions and also verifies for fraudulent transactions.


    You also have access to your personal information when you log back into your account.

  • How long does headsets warranty last for?

    Different manufacturers have different warranty periods. The majority of the products sold brand new are covered with a two year warranty. However, Bluetooth and Unified Communications headsets carry a 1 year warranty. 


    Contact us for any clarifications on the warranty period of your product.

  • What do I do if I order the wrong product?

    If by chance you have mistakenly placed the wrong order, usually we can exchange the headset for one that will suit your needs. However we would need to have the complete unit returned to us in it's original condition.

  • What happens if I have forgotten my username/password?

    You can always contact us via email to retrieve your forgotten your login details.

  • What headsets are suited for my office needs?

    There is a variety of headsets in the market to suit your particular need. For example if you work in a noisy office environment, you would need to have a active noise cancelling headset which will block out 99% of all background noises thus increasing work productivity and efficiency.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All our products are covered under full Australian warranty policies. This means no grey imports, no parallel imports or fake headsets/handsets.


    Most headsets have a 2 year manufacturer warranty with the exception of USB headsets, which carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty.


    In the even that the headset is NOT faulty, but has been installed wrongly, please give us a call to troubleshoot before sending the item back to us.


    In the event that your headset is faulty, all you do is to send it back to us (at your courier's expense) and we will replace the item if deemed faulty.


    We will endeavour to replace the item as soon as possible, but to allow time for testing purposes, you can expect the replacement unit in 2-3 business days.

  • What steps do you take to protect my credit card details?

    Our website is secured by RapidSSL, a top website security company which specialises in encrypting sensitive information and ensuring website security.


    We have also employed SecurePay as our third party security company to process our credit card details so that you, our valued clients can rest assured all credit card details are secured. At no time is credit card details stored on our database. YOUR personal information will not be sold or rented out to third parties by MIS Communications unless authorised to do so. 

  • When will I receive my goods?

    Once we have confirmation of payment, the goods will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 2pm, while orders received past 2pm on the day will be shipped out the next business day.


    You can expect your parcel to reach you the next business day in an overnight bag. For remote areas in Australia, please expect delivery in 2-3 business days due to the remoteness of the location.


    In times when bulk orders are processed, it may be necessary to place the items in a box. With box delivery, it will take an extra business day.


    We only use reputable couriers that has a tracking number so we and most importantly yourself can always track the progress. 

  • Will you match any written quote?

    In order to provide the best prices, we are always willing to match any written quotations. If you can provide us with a written quotation, normally we would be able to match those prices. However this does not cover any bulk purchases, reduced to clear sales or any promotions on offer.


    However, you can always contact us to see if we can match or even beat the prices!
